Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Trade Coverage
1.1. Trades are automatically covered using mathematical calculations of exposure. The company may cancel trades outside of this calculation at its discretion.
1.2. Arbitrage and scalping trading are prohibited and considered unauthorized transactions.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1. Clients are entitled to a full refund of unused funds. However, lost funds are non-refundable, and the company holds no liability for such losses.
3. Refund Process
3.1. Refund requests require complete KYC documentation.
3.2. Refunds will be processed to the original deposit method within seven (7) business days, excluding transfer fees.
